Once upon a time I was a lost girl that lived a life she didn’t want and thought this was my destiny, waiting years for someone to help me, but then I realized it was a family generation cycle. Everything collapsed and my spiritual and healing journey started. Heal yourself, so your children won’t have to heal themselves. It’s never too late to start healing. No one deserves to live life unhealed. We all deserve to meet the healed version of ourselves, our authentic selves. It’s healthier.
